Chill the depths cleaning brushes are a bit harder than the alternative (Precision Clean) on first use. Due to the slightly larger brush head to the teeth with the depths cleaning brush also feels slightly different than the 'normal' Precision Clean, but that's my experience pure habit. Brush after a few times you do not notice it. What, however, has a lasting impression on me is the result: So your teeth feel smooth and clean on longer after brushing (yet), not only on the teeth but especially at the interdental spaces and along the gumline. Therefore I am - up on the Precision Clean I own - completely switched to the depths-cleaning brushes.
Who should used the brush for the first time in my experience generally begin gently to prevent them from damage gums. For myself kicking but only when I have the brush no longer used (but that I had at the Precision Clean when they were new). From the second time that has not yet occurred to me.
I also have the impression that the deep-cleaning wear less quickly than the traditional Precision Clean, whereby the slightly higher price does not necessarily reflected in the user's purse itself. The far greater savings are realized anyway, if one pays attention to one hand deals (Amazon is here very often cheaper than large chains) and if larger packaging units (8 or 12 pieces buys). The brushes are packaged individually and are not bad.
In addition, a price comparison with the predecessor model of depth-cleaning brushes, the Micropulse-brush may be worth as these apart from the names do not differ significantly from my feeling is.
