I regularly use Photoshop Elements to its latest version. (13) The opportunity to test PhotoDirector first given to me, I am going to entrust you here some impressions. I immediately remember the "Panorama" tool to create, from multiple shots of landscapes from different angles, a panoramic photo of very beautiful invoice (awesome!) And extremely simple (much more than in Photoshop). We can also mix portraits and landscapes and produce a "snapshot" of great originality. "Photo compose" also allows you to compose a picture from shots of various elements gleaned here and there: a real artistic composition is possible and it boosts creativity, which is a real pleasure (of course, this type of tool Photoshop is found on where it is, this time, perhaps a little easier to use) ... As you can see, between the two, my heart balance: the weaknesses of one are the forces of the other, and vice versa. All in all, I have a slight preference for Photoshop 13 since I am a regular user. Also, I tend to advise a novice to start PhotoDirector for example, which is quite well his office, but at a former Photoshop to stay true to its old software.
