I purchased the Jabra SoleMate in white as second Bluetooth speakers next to my "Bose SoundLink mini". The Jabra looks maybe a little fresh and stylish and can be recharged in contrast to the SoundLink Mini at each mini-USB connector. The duration of one battery charge is, in my experience about the same (depending on the volume up to 6 hrs. Continuous operation). The SoundLink acts but a total-quality and is also much more difficult - by the aluminum casing - during the Jabra is rather a small plastic monster. The controls are readily accessible when attached SoundLink on the top, the Jabra bothers me a bit of the small, fiddly on / off switch. Correct annoying are the spoken comments at Jabra: the one-off, the coupling, everything is commented in English. This can be but fortunately disable (key "silent" when switching on hold). The crucial difference, however, at the sound of it and yes heck mainly arrive: the SoundLink sounds better to a few classes, the sound simply has more depth and actually acts space filling, here the name Bose holds really what it promises. The Jabra play at least one league below. Who is willing to spend even 50 more (which is the difference in price in Oct. 2014), should rather take the SoundLink Mini.
