Received quickly in an envelope (& not in a box as I thought). Model easy to assemble, looks sturdy, properly maintains the Iphone 4 & allows rotation, etc ... Only drawback, but major, the plastic washer which sucker (in principle) and which is probably too thick or too rigid, making the application on my windshield Passat, impossible! So I return the item date. The 2 mails sent to sellers are unanswered for now.
