Actually, I've just always thought the entire game: "Guys, you can not scare all hardcore Resi fans ... In the next chapter there's certainly a mystery God game mach least me. 'I fear or be dismayed!'! Something! "
"Micheal Bay" meets "Resident Evil" hits's actually best.
And yet, the game is not bad at all ... It's like a roller coaster ride with many ups and many downs ....
The storytelling is typically Japanese, so I end up again more questions in my head than at the beginning.
The graph varies from okay to elegant, especially the first level of the Leon campaign were much too dark.
The gameplay takes some acclimatization period, then play but surprisingly familiar.
Yet I do not think that Capcom has done a favor to deconstruct the horror genre such.
The sales figures may perhaps give them legal, but most "true" Resi fans will unfortunately forgotten.
It simply can not be the game to its Additional Rate gameplay elements (horror and mystery) is stripped.
When I heard of "horror adventure", "horror game" or hear anything else at Resi6, if I could throw up!
RE6 fails on mass taste, long live Silent Hill! Because that is at least true.
Here again a short pro and con list:
+ Detailed and life-like character models
+ Chic classy graphics, especially in the Chris Campaign
+ Atmospheric Soundtrack
+ Delicious cutscenes
+ Good English (!!) Speaker
+ Short charging times
+ Very long season, Koop, various game modes -> Top price / performance ratio
- Some stupid Dialogues and pseudo cool quotes
- 08/15 Action (which one has seen better in other action games)
- As linear as the way to the toilet when you need to urgently times
- Almost no interaction with the environment
- Diverse Trial & Error passages
- Annoying gameplay elements (timeouts, rope climbing, diving, Hide & Seek, etc.)
- Puzzles could even my grandma solve (except the two clouts in the Ada Campaign)
- Gameplay elements too often repeated (Nemesis, escape passages, key puzzles, etc.)
Stretched act some boss fights -
- Depperte KI
- QTEs nerves in the long run
- Checkpoints are not always the same memory points (and again from the beginning!)
- Partly muddy textures & Flimmerschatten
- Game is interrupted too often by loading times
- Story predictable
- No horror
- Not a horror!
- Not a horror !!
Conclusion:
Part unripened genre mix, who knows but to entertain well over long distances.
