Here is offered: a lot of noise and noise of the seventies of the former loudest band in the world. Only now and then it comes to something more civilized ("My Friend Stan", "Everyday"). The white man - and you do not like it or just.
Unlike "Wall of Hits" the material is better revised (if it has been processed in "Wall of Hits" at all). Sure, now and then it roars, but as "Far Far Away" sounds much better here range and channel separation concerning. The absolute hi-fi audio results can not be satisfied by this record, given the aged songs but that should hardly be manageable. The question is of course whether such processing is at all desirable: noisy and dirty they sounded earlier, then they should do the same today.
Very good, I like the chronological order of the songs (except "Merry X-Mas Everybody"), which makes for my taste at a Hitsampler also a lot of sense.
The additional charge for this disc is indeed hard, but worthwhile.
