I have a Medion PC from 2009, which no longer was launched recently. The error image looked so that the fan started off audible and the Ready LED also started flashing. But before the screen was something to see, the fans went out, ran on again, off again, etc. and so was pumping a time to the PC again quite abschaltete. After several attempts, the fan is no longer running and the LED failed to materialize. Suspicion fell on the power supply, which had expanded rapidly. After the printed type designation FSP 400-60MDN searched the internet and came across this PSU on Amazon. The connectors shown in the wiring diagram corresponding to the distribution not quite where the developed power supply, ha be the part but still ordered. Fast delivery, on the second day the power supply was there. The model code is now different and the connections really do not correspond 1: 1 to the old power supply, but there were enough plug any type present and the lengths of the cables ranged for my PC. So installed, connected all plugs and turned expectantly - and the PC started and immediately ran high. So a complete success, the fan of the power supply is at least as quiet as the old, so all the best. The power supply can really be taken as a substitute for such an old Medion PSU. Full marks.
