Book easy to use, simple enough in the exercises. Method suitable for all levels, from beginners to athletes. Damage, however, that some exercises require to have a drawbar installed while this method sales suggest exercises without any equipment.
Too bad also that the book does not open easily rest; the binding spiral were a better choice; because at the beginning of the use of the method, it is sometimes necessary to have the instructions under the eyes.
