Consistent with the description. Difficult but possible for very large mobile (Galaxy Note 2 and 4)

The maximum opening of the clip really support is 80mm. I was skeptical because of the size of my phone (I have just spent a Galaxy Note 2 a Note 4). In fact, it just happens, pull the clip up, which is a little tricky. And do not use the "S-view cover" the note 4 because it goes beyond the phone. Few millimeters further extension would have been appreciated!

The support consists of a plastic frame with a foam base and a metal clip (with a protecting rubber to avoid damaging the phone) that slides and is maintained by a spring. It is quite effective and it secures the phone.

The foot is correct. The sliding members hold only by friction against the outer tube, there is no blockage. This is sufficient when 3 feet are apart.

Standard mounting system: you can put a small camera on the foot and use the support to position the clip on a ball / more tripod.

I am satisfied with this product that matches my expectations.
