I ordered the set of two warm white tubes, because I have already received three batch of cool white tubes, I ordered for my cellar and my garage. Very satisfied with this first order delivered with starter included in the package I control two warm white for my input. If I removed 2 stars, it is because this time the package arrived with two tubes, but without the special choke tubes for these LEDs. I'm disappointed.
