What I regret most about this book is the importance it rightly gives these supplements in the plans they offer. In my sports category for competitions, it is preferable and advisable to do without it; so I am looking especially for replacing the place that takes these ds food supplements (especially when dry) with a normal diet.
Otherwise, it remains interesting as a whole, but for me, it has not really responded to what I really wanted to know.
