Yes, my last 4TB HDD does not work on Windows, so the concern came from many a USB cradle too old. No worries with this station!

I have not used the cloning tool, but a priori I would have no need for it. Finally you never know?

We can "just" regret that there is no valve protection if ever a disc is not inserted.
