I have incorporated into the housing IcyBox a WB Caviar Blue Edition 320GB. (Height 9.5mm)
The assembly takes place very quickly and smoothly since no screws need to be removed. Simply loosen the two locks on the Icybox infect the HD, HD slide into the case and re-locking. Only the non-100% is the HD in the housing, but slightly wobbles could interfere. But she remains on the contacts and then does its job.
The IcyBox was detected at several PC and Mac instantly and flawlessly. Even the eSATA connection works! By Hot Plug and Play instantly. The transmission rate is very good via USB, via eSATA unquestionably excellent. Supplied accessories has failed extensively. USB stick (if the USB power on a line is insufficient), eSATA cable, a "solid" leatherette bag and of course the allen wrench (I do not have him needed). Of course, the background noise from the built-HD is dependent but the WD is not perceive the operation.
All in all a buy recommendation!
