I ordered the additional fan for my PS4 so it stays nice and cool even under full load.

It is made of plastic, and adapts to the design of the PS4 to excellent. The install is a breeze. In operation it is nice and quiet and the temperature is around 10 °. I hope so has my PS4 longer life.

A great addition. Strong buy recommendation!
