Could not even put into operation

The battery grip fits perfectly with my EOS 550D. It is clean to at every turn on the camera. The processing also makes a decent picture. But nothing more was not tested. The batteries supplied do not correspond to the item description. Complicating was added still that the batteries did not even fit the battery grip for Canon EOS 550D. It provides a complete package (handle and battery) and this does not even fit together ?! This is very annoying, especially when you need it urgently.

To this end, kudos to the uncomplicated returning Amazon and a big minus to the supplier. Sorry ... that's not the point.
