Cover well and good, but where's the rest?

First of all I must say that I am satisfied with the shell itself. Keeps relatively safe only on the flattest stage may be times that there is a little wobbly. But all in all, totally fine.
Something I was disappointed, however, that only the shell and not, as advertised in the product description even a pen and a protective film were delivered. Particularly annoying is that because I had given up buying a separate protector and now have to wait four more days.
Nevertheless, the envelope can not be beat for the price per se and also still very nice to look at.
So please either modify the description, or supply completely, then there are two / three star more.

Addition:
Had reported me then at Amazon, who forwarded the mail to the sender.
The result was that I got reimbursed a small part of the price and really fast. Of course I would have liked to have the pin and the film, but that's how it is.
