Customer Review

I have my new PC approved this graphics card (Define R4 + 3 piece 140mm additional case fans, Z 97 Board, Xeon E3 1231 v3). I wavered between this model and the more expensive about 50 VaporX variant, after I had read however several reports of massive Spulenfiepen in the latter, I opted for this model.

The Map: This provides enough performance at low volume levels. In Deskopbetrieb inaudible, you can hear it only if you want to hear it in full-load operation, my case fans are louder, Spulenfiepen does not exist in my copy. The card remains surprisingly cool, after 30 minutes Furmark benchmark it reached a maximum of 79 ° C in a fan drive of 45%, as I said, we then heard a very faint noise. The games that I have tested all ran liquid at maximum settings and resolution 1920: Metro: Last Night at 60 fps, Bioshock Infinite with 170 FPS, STALKER: Lost Alpha with 50 fps, Far Cry 3 with 45-50 fps.

For the inclined buyer a few notes: The power supply should the manufacturer provide at least 750W, the card requires an 8-pin and one 6-pin PCI-E Stromtecker. The map coincides with rich 31.5 cm from quite long, necessarily so previously measure it, whether they ever fit into the case. The width of 2 PCI Express slots.

From me the card gets a full purchase recommendation!
