I have not tested this product for repair (soles) of walking shoes, but sealant (above earlier). I do in fact 140 km of walking per week in Fontainebleau forest, with low shoes Salomon-Lab (I proscribe the shoe hiking vibram sole, heavy and stiff, beating down walking) - of which the drawback is that Higher forefoot lacing at the forefront, is not tight, but in the best case 'repellent'. That is to say, when conditions are wet or rainy or snowy (which amounts to half of the cases), moisture penetrates the shoe there and soaks the sock. "Freesole" whose consistency resembles raw honey and more elastic and sticky, allows coatings whole upper-front, which creates a perfectly sealed drying soft and shiny coating. The product seems fully operational for this little anti-humidity customization.
