Customs problem but replacements made

I ordered this product for Belgium, but unfortunately it was retained at customs for suspected dangerous product. Indeed perfume used is 90% isopropanol (alcohol altogether banal), but as the conditions of use of the transport company only allow liquid with maximum 70% alcohol ... . So I contacted the seller who asked me to wait one week to see if the situation was unlocked, however, no changes after 1 week. So I made contact with the seller directly offered me a replacement or sending a larger lamp without perfume (to compensate for the price difference). So I chose a replacement lamp fragrance, again, I was able to choose the model that I wanted to replace. So I took the model "Egyptian Sunset" which looks a bit like this model but bigger so.

The quality of the article is faultless, beautiful lamp and that works very well. The article is delivered in a beautiful gift box and a paper bag to match the box is provided. It is obvious that the seller of the service is impeccable.
