Damn good Android mobile phone

The last few weeks I have occupied myself intensively with the search for a new cell phone.
As a former owner of an iPhone and a Nokia N97 recently as a Samsung Galaxy Tab I can probably have a say quite well in terms of different platforms.

2 years ago I decided against another iPhone. For me as a technophile people it was important to be not so limited as it Apple aufzwängt me.
I was too often reached the limits of the iPhone and that made me so angry that I decided ultimately for the Nokia N97.

A super great phone in terms of hardware, but absolute crap as far as the handling and the operating system. Whether W-lan, Facebook, or just the gallery,
the phone was incredibly slow and error prone. Because I still every 2 months can not buy a new phone and want me, I endured it two years.

The Galaxy Tab was my entry into the world of Android and I have to say by this device I'm still excited. All the advantages of an iPhone and hardly any disadvantages.

So much for history. The choice therefore had no difficulty as far as the operating system to me. Android offers countless free and great apps, free navigation through Google,
Widgets (which the iPhone does not hinkriegt even after 5 years), a cloud who needs it and so on.

Now the mobile phone. After weeks of searching and countless test reports was clear who the leader among Adroiden. Priced these phones were all but far beyond 400th
I have then been thinking whether I should spend so much money and what I expect from my future mobile. Enscheiden for me were:

- A good camera for photos on the go
- 720p HD recording
- A very good MP3 player on board
- A faster processor. Not for games but fluent display in the browser and intensive apps and multitasking
- Max. 250

I really looked at each Android phone on Amazon, read tests, etc. But I have always overlooked one, probably because it came out in December last year.
After I had given up the search, it seemed to me then to the screen. The equipment has voted according to the description, the recessions were consistently positive, apart from the exceptions for which arrived a defective mobile phone, etc, and it made me very appealing visually.
So not long wondered and ordered.
Now I am the proud owner of Walkman phones and it exceeded all my expectations. The mobile phone runs super smooth and the browser it comes to speed a dream.
I was scared, because everything really much liquid proceeds more than on my Galaxy Tab. The homescreen can scroll liquid, the browser never hooked, unless it is 15Mb pages with many Flash content. Even then, it takes just over a second and it's back on as usual. Not unlike on my Macbook at home.

The MP3 player is not the default player but a Andwenung from Sony Ericsson, as it is, after all, dealing here with a Walkman phone and he is world class. The supplied headphones are not great, but with the right consents to the sound simple.

I also find the dimensions of the phone just perfect. It is sufficiently large so that the screen is easy to read, but not as bulky as an iPhone or Galaxy S2.
I can not understand what was in many test reports, namely that the screen resolution is not intended to be so great by the way. I find them for the size more than adequate.
You do not see pixels and fonts are easy to read. So everything cool.

The camera has also surprised me. Of course you is not enough to the camera of the Galaxy S or iPhone ran (which are really extreme for a cell phone), but it makes for good lighting very nice pictures and has many many options. From the motive (exposure time) to ISO value you can live. However, more important is the video function.
The really convinced me for a cell phone. For my purposes, and the recordings of the road between the video absolutely do enough and suitable.
The Image Stabilization is even better than that of my Go Pro 2 !!!

The build quality is really impeccable. Sure you will find plastic instead of glass on the back and made of aluminum is also nothing, but that's what you have in your hand very well made.
No oversized column dimensions and no creaking of plastic, if it is not squeezing with all his might. But then creaks every phone :)

The battery also provides a sufficient amount of electricity and the phone keeps much longer by as my Galaxy Tab with constant use. Zb are through online Streaming.2-3 days though really exaggerated but 1-2 days in there.

THE NEGATIVE:

There are many apps preinstalled that you can not delete. Although not take much memory away, but it is annoying on the phone to have. There is less "branded" with crap.
Even I could not change the home page in the browser, I always come to the O2 side.
What has bothered me is the occupation of the home screens. There are 5 of them, but you can not delete if you do not need. Why not?
The internal speaker could be a bit loud on the telephone. Although everything is still evident but on a busy road you have to concentrate shcon.
Much more has not really bothered me.

We need not talk about the price of 172. I think my obrige opinion speaks for itself since. I think you can find in this price range is no better Android phone
and I would buy it again at any time. 5 Stars
