The decision was right, because the longer I have the score 3 Neo the better I like it.
Actually, exactly what I was looking for all the time!
In Detail:
The entire device is verabeitet very high.
Even gaps, the overall impression is very good quality.
The plastic cover (rear) leather look also sees quality of the surface is very rough and the Neo is very comfortable to hold.
Actually amazing how handy the Neo, despite 5.5 inches diagonal display, is.
The Super AMOLED display has a very good image quality.

One of my sons has the Samsung Galaxy S5 (FullHD resolution).
If both devices in "normal operation" are adjacent I could not tell which screen is better.
The colors are, Amoled usual, very strong, contrast and viewing angle very good.
The brightness is, contrary to expectations, very good as well (here I am a bit sensitive but the Neo gives me no grounds for criticism).
According to test results, the brightness of the note is 3 Neo even be better than that of grade 3 and contrast better than the S5!
The processor performance.
Here the next criterion would at which some could perhaps disturb.
"Only" 1.3 GHz quad-core?
No, not quite, the Neo has actually a 6Kern processor with 4 x 1.3 GHz and 2 x 1.7 GHz.
In practice, the Note 3 Neo is absolutely convincing.
It is clearly noticeable faster than my Sony Xperia Z.
In AnTuTu benchmark it achieved incredible 38780 points (you really need because the "normal" grade 3?)!
By comparison, the Sony Xperia Z reaches about 22,500 points, the Xperia Z2 39,900 points and the LG G3 39,100 points.
So that Neo is up to date top level.
WLAN and power-receiving properties are also very good.
With the FRITZ! App -WLAN are the measured values to be very strong (in the 5 GHz range, here is weakening as the Sony Xperia Z2).
On my desk the Neo receives 3 bar HSDPA, the LG G3 eg received only EDGE!
But even with only 1 bar HSDPA is the Neo noticeably faster "online" when my Xperia Z with 3 beams.
The Camera.
Although the camera has the Neo "only" 8 MP resolution (at 16: 9 aspect ratio even only 6 MP), but the picture quality is better than average!
What is striking is the very good noise performance.
Of course you noticed when zooming into the picture missing detail sharpness due to lower resolution but honestly; When do you do that?
