Delivery should to 15.11. done. Is until 23:11. not here yet. After 3.Mail with asking for help / clarification I was now 23:11. a call from a super-nice and competent staff member of ERGO Direkt Versicherungen, where everything else has been clarified. In addition I also got good tips. Therefore only by "weak" marks then 4 stars (the counselor of ERGO would deserve 5 stars).
