Delivery without original packaging, quality is poor

I ordered this headset from HTC last year before and was very impressed by the quality with the first delivery. During the year, however, it has given up the ghost, which is why I ordered it to me again.

But this time I was with the goods delivered extremely dissatisfied as they arrived neither in the original packaging, still had the usual quality and the sound is not nearly rankam even with the support of Beats Audio to the quality of the ordered last year HTC headsets.

Well, I myself have opted for no more time than the provider (mobile paradise Germany) to order! Vl was but (only during welded plastic bag) to send this an isolated case an item without original package, in my opinion, strongly suggests a fake.
