These carabiners are only 3cm long and are so light that it seems unlikely that the seller could, would it sell that looking as an outdoor activities carabiners (that would be really bad faith) ... You can try abseiling at your own risk ...

These carabiners are just right for hanging small objects to a backpack (key chain, compass ...) but definitely not for climbing.
