Shipped and delivery, as usual Amazon, fast and on time (but has had no impact on the rating).
Even the packaging convinced both the exterior as well as the quality.
The package includes:
-The Speaker
-A Cable for charging (Micro USB to USB)
-A Cable to connect to devices without Bluetooth (?) (Micro USB to 3.5mm)
-A Fabric bag for transport of the speaker
-The Other customary paperwork
The cables and the bag can not say much. There are simply soldie cable and bags that are appropriate to the price range of the product. Without much fuss, easy cable and bag.
Now we come to the actual product.
The Anker® Pocket Bluetooth Speaker is how many of my predecessors have said or written, very small. The dimensions are, I believe, been mentioned often enough. And yes, the material is anderst than Sound2Go speakers or EasyAcc speakers, not of metal / aluminum but plastic. However, it's not like "Lego-like" plastic, but it is rubberized ... for the connoisseur: comparable to the back of the HTC HD Minis.
The speaker is solid, it wobbles or jerky nothing, and is Standfest, thanks to the easily adhering layer of soil (not sticky, it is similar to a pencil eraser or a balloon).
Can connect to the speakers with any Bluetooth enabled device, devices with NFC you have even just forking over the anchor logo, and it connects by yourself with the unit, looking without having to first switch on the Bluetooth on the phone and after the speaker needs.
Many of my predecessors also mentioned that the Bluetooth range of the speaker is quite small (2m). This statement I could confirm. My copy retained the connection even at approximately 8m distance, and in the house, ie 8m and in between a pair of walls, furniture, doors, etc ...
For battery life I can not say anything yet because I only recently have the speaker, and thus had not been charged (and yes, the speaker is charged) at the latest, if you have already read some Kundenrezissionen, you will notice that the battery life is very long.
The sound is excellent for the price range and for the size of the speaker. Deep bass as a subwoofer or a Beat Spill XL should not expect, however, the Anker® Pocket Bluetooth Speaker before anyone of comparable size needs to hide ... the sound quality is easy on the quality of Bluetooth speakers ran in the 30-50 price range , Näturlich not Sound2Go speakers (but Sound2Go is already a story in itself). The main reason why I have resorted to Anker® Pocket Bluetooth Speaker is that there is no longer the Sound2Go Mini Super Bass Speaker. Even if the anchor is lacking in bass (compared to Sound2Go), it impresses with its design and sound quality in the mid and high-range.
Short: When unpacking you do not expect such a quality sound from this speaker.
