The approach is attractive at first, but with the Galaxy Note 10.1 (I do not know about others), the use of USB drives is limited by the operating system: if you want to use a USB key, must completely power cycle the device to recognize the key. So finally, this toy becomes a USB stick quite normal that does not justify the extra price you pay ... Needless although well thought out.
