My problem with an external hard drive (Toshiba 1TB USB 3.0 2.5 ") was that the supplied standard cable is very short and only wobbly and crash risk on the PC was suppressible. In addition, there were frequent disconnections.
Unfortunately, my motherboard (ASUS P5Q Socket 775) does not have a USB 3.0 interface, so I have ordered a PCI Express card from Amazon (Inateck KTU3FR-4P) next to the CSL-3.0-USB cable. Installation / connection was seamless. Cable is now firmly and smoothly between the computer and external hard drive.
My conclusion for CSL 3m USB cable:
+ Working properly
+ Clearly perceptible connection (access times, transmission rates)
+ Wacklerfrei & now sufficiently meter for laying.
+ Hard drive is now safely (rather than on the PC now protected on the desk)
Rediscover Blue cable = very good at tangling: + addition
At last point: When my desktop PC but some cables come together. If I sometimes just wants to withdraw a device from the tangles, bugged me ever Trail - & - Error or attaching labels / Tesa strips. Will use in the future is now more common colored wire.
Perhaps the quality of the cable is very different. All I can say for my case - cable is functioning properly, and would recommend it :-)
