Applied the product is either with water or with milk. Milk tastes infinitely better, but has just again additional fat, salt, sugar and calories. My husband used 30g powder in 300ml milk. More than minute shake vigorously in a shaker or in a blender, then it's done.
If you do not shake really remain lumps present, is shaken but with normal effort this minute, then the protein shake with no lumps, and above all is nice and fluffy.
Alternatively, the product of what we have done can be stirred in Magerquark. Still saturates a touch more, but then tastes a bit of getting used to the acidity of the curd.
The taste, the product can also convince. It's very sweet, but not unpleasant, and, above all, one recognizes vanilla out, but does not have artificial and partly nasty aftertaste.
My husband will definitely order again and maybe try other varieties.
