Good:
- Antireflection in everyday ok
- Solves the annoying problem of fingerprint Vivotabs
- Does not interfere with multitouch
- Image quality remains very good, very little loss of sharpness
- Colors even with good saturation
- Pin to be used as normal pressure sensitivity (notes in OneNote easily)
Bad:
- AR coating is not perfect, strong light sources continue to reflect
- About 3mm in width too narrow
- Pressure sensitivity of the pen somewhat impaired
Otherwise, it feels rough, but that does not bother me. Bin broadly happy with the film.
The anti-reflective coating makes the display not Matt, but you have to imagine something like this, as if you were the reflection at the display is off by dark sunglasses watch (the image through the film but does not become dark, only the reflection is darker, a little hard to describe). Ie on a dark surface, such as Steam can be seen still a reflection, it's just weaker. In general, the image in most cases, acts reasonably antireflective coating. One has, however, on the ceiling directly above the tablet a lamp reflects the continued very strong. And sharp, not diffuse like a real matte display. This is extremely disturbing, in such situations, the film brings nothing.
In everyday life I feel it but as an improvement. The greater improvement is certain that the film absorbs virtually no fingerprints. Especially in respect of the normal display Vivotabs's one of the worst that there is, the display always looks scruffy. That with the film finally over.
Those who like to record the Vivotab with programs like Sketchbook Pro or Manga Studio, should refrain from the film. The pressure detection suffers noticeably. Said Vivotab themselves in ways not as good (much worse than a Surface Pro, for example). Draw without pressure sensitivity or written notes but also work fine with the film. Ditto for the operation of the GUI with Stylus.
Worth mentioning I still find the sharpness. I had first tried a sheet of dipos which has significantly reduced the sharpness of the display. Even with this film sharpness suffers a tiny bit, but you have to look very closely to notice it. At normal viewing distances, take it (as opposed to the dipos film) not true.
Perfect fit the film is not, unfortunately. In the height of it comes out quite well, but in width each about 1.5 mm distance from the edge on the left and right is no longer covered. Not bad, but you see fit. The front camera fits recess for at least properly.
