I had always bought the LM 5W-30 and was always satisfied. Now I had ordered it for the first time on Amazon (actually much cheaper than elsewhere). After I had twice refilled so, the engine was running louder, and at the end shone the light oil and the engine began to rattle. An oil change was carried out three days in the workshop and as a last resort yet. After the engine was running normally again. Therefore, I have to assume that the oil was deficient. Upon request, the dealer was only written that it can not be due to the oil. I find that very unmotivated response from customer service. If it turns out another error, I am willing to amend this review. So it remains first in 1 star!
I have the vote on 4 star set high, because the Customer Service of Liqui Moly is really top !!! It was offered that deliver waste oil and the oil present to check and replacement. Really exemplary !!!
When middlemen profited parts I change not my opinion. The only suggestion of which was that I should check with the manufacturer. Very weak !!! For 0 star !!!
