I tested the shirt yesterday for the first time in a short barrel over 8 km away. I had a sports shirt over it. The shirt can be worn well and is not felt. At first I thought it was too small, it felt perfect. At the temperatures yesterday at the 2 ° C I would have liked something more "heat" during workouts. Otherwise I run with an Under Armour Cold Gear compression shirt or a Nike shirt. These two warm significantly better.
Overall, recommended, next time I wear then, if necessary, a situation more.
