Unfortunately, problems with the electronics

The washing machine was broken shortly after start-up with an electronic failure.
The settlement of the claim proceeded flawlessly.
Now after a year of intensive use quite regularly (about 4 machines / week) is unfortunately again an electronics error.
The program can not adjust well to the programs jump continuously when setting via the rotary knob back and forth. Only after power cycle the selected program without stops flickering. Too Bad.
Now again follows a complaint.
Let's see if this is just as well handled.
Washing performance is good, as there are no complaints.
