The order processing via Amazon was perfect. We ordered the machine on Tuesdays and Saturdays it was delivered (though surcharge, Monday would have been free), but we did not want to wait any longer. Hermes calls in advance when the washer is approximately delivered and this time was also observed. The machine was driven by strong Hermes 2 men up to the 3rd floor - without effort and sweat that seem to make the often :-) The packaging was also taken directly.
The connection was simple: Unscrew the transportation lock, connect 2 hoses, power, aligning - Done. The washing machine is quiet, not "dancing" through the apartment and has a good energy rating (A +++). Another advantage: The drum ribs are fixed to the drum at the Bauknecht these were canceled. This factor may therefore not ever happen. A long-term conclusion can be after such a short time, of course, not give, but the first impression is positive. If me notice something negative, I'm going to add a response.
So: 5/5 stars - Very good P / L ratio.
