I have to come out even as someone who may be vulnerable to quite kitsch. And this season is full of them. Really bad but is mostly the typical Hollywood kitsch, especially when he, no, the better Americans has the good Americans about. What I like about The Newsroom that it holds out the (nostalgic) image of good Americans from the very beginning this better Americans. I do not know if intent or accident, at least come and European roots in honor of Don Quixote as a model for honesty, as a sports idol Michael Schumacher, the person is an essential part of a dialogue.
And despite all the stories related, there are also plenty of back messages that can be a thoughtful, eg that the decay of democratic rights of each individual must confront brave or that information dissemination should not be left to the intelligence or Wutbürgern. Unfortunately, it was hardly ever as concrete as in the first season, Edward Snowden decorated slightly on the edge, without being really discussed; a short appearance by him I had indulged in the series, although of course that is an unrealistic wish.
5 Star's in this case by me for the entire work, so for consistently exciting and super-fast dialogues, my heart has grown great performer and the lofty idealism.
