First, for the supply:

I ordered the product at CIELA-modern parts. The power supply has been delivered within the specified period, so relatively quickly. There was a proper invoice with VAT, without that I had to request them separately. This is positive and in many, but unfortunately not all suppliers that.
The unit came in a plastic bag, which at the but quite stable device need not be a disadvantage without repackaging. So one saves throwing away an unnecessary amount of waste.
The Product:

The product picture corresponds to the device delivered. What can you say to a power supply? Close to the unit, plug in runs. I run the RPi B with a PiFace Digital and a WLAN stick from Edimax (EW-7811Un) still draw even a little more power. I can see no problem with the power supply after the device I now a bit longer pursuing .. So I can recommend the unit fully for RPi.
Other:

I also own another CubieTruck (CT). Since I had instability in the initial installation of the equipment I was afraid that it could be due to the power supply. For CubieTruck I had, as recommended, ordered a stronger power supply (2.5A).
Since I could not rule out problems with the power supply I have a trial basis this power supply here (specified only with 2.1 A) tried. It apparently had no problem to supply and the CT, which is after all specified with higher consumption.
Incidentally, the problem was not due to the power supply with the CT.
Conclusion:

I would recommend the power supply for the RPi full. Also for the CT without major consumers, it has no problems, and I was there not gone to the limits.
