Upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 8.1 64-bit as part of a new acquisition Calculator

I switched 8.1 64-bit as part of a computer-new acquisition on Windows. I had opted for the OEM version because it seemed to me the purchase price in order. I would note that I use a Intel Xeon 5540, 12 GB RAM and a SSD have a Dell Precision T5500, after which Windows has been deployed.

The installation went quick and without problems. For the individual setting of my desktop I took a whole day. For me, Windows 8.1 works extremely stable and reliable. When everything is done and my tool programs are finished loading, so my memory is used an average of 1.8 to 2 GB. For me, the resource saving.
