I bought this Bluetooth dongle to connect a BT headset (Parrot Zik) to my home theater PC (Dell 3020m in Win 8.1).
I did not install the driver using the supplied CD (my PC has no CD drive): I downloaded on the site of Inateck, connected the dongle, and ask for the update via the driver Device Manager (indicating the location of the downloaded file).
The installation was no problem, lappairage helmet either.

The transmission quality is good but the range is lower than with an Intel adapter 7260. The signal is very sensitive to obstacles, even light.
