This Philips PowerPro is a real surprise: I had no idea that the cleaners had progressed to this point:
- It sucks hard (but hey, that's pretty normal)
- It is light: I have not weighed, but the 5 Kg announced by Philips are credible
- But above all, it is really quiet compared to other models without a bag.
Take for example the star of 'Bagless Dyson. Its DC 37 which seems fine to sell emits 82 dB.
This Philips PowerPro tops out at 76 dB, a difference of 6 points in favor of Philips.
Knowing that follow a logarithmic decibel scale, an increase of 3 points is equivalent to a doubling of the sound pressure, a quick calculation you can determine that Philips is four times quieter than a Dyson!
FOUR TIMES LESS THAN A NOISY DYSON (you heard?)
(And while we are in math, it is also almost twice cheaper)
The silence, the power .. it brings real comfort. And for me, having a wonderful full of dog hairs, no bag is a real economy.
For the rest, there is no miracle, it remains a sled vacuum cleaner is bulky, difficult to store, we tripping over the wire, you never know what to do the pipe.
Very annoying detail: there is no storage for accessories! Philips home of ergonomists had to organize many meetings to find the ridiculous idea of setting them on the handle, near the handle, where it hinders more! Normally I should have one star for that, but for once I am seduced by a vacuum cleaner ..
In conclusion: You will not necessarily get a taste vacuuming, but the chore will be less painful with this PowerPro.
