Consumption in Watts:
Only power supply plugged: approx 0.2W
Switch on, 0 Cable: approx 0,71W
Switch to, 2 cable: approx 1,79W
Switch on, 3 cable: approx 2,21W
Switch on, 4 cable: about 2,50W
In the test for each inserted cable was also the appropriate device.
Consumption rose although not when a cable was connected, however, the power turns off.
He is really very small, and looks good. A smaller switch I have not yet seen.
Edit: The "successor" NetgearGS305 is none yet, but made of metal, and consumes up to 0.5W less!
The power supply, however, could be less (although most of them are bigger, but there is room for improvement).
On the power adapter cable is a small switch for separating the stream from the switch.
From consumption ago the unit will play well with the top.
That there is still a little better shows the Level One GSW-0507 (since 2012 of another room supplied)
