Good pan, but nothing more!

I can not share so uncritically the overwhelmingly positive reviews, unfortunately.
But first of all the positive properties:
I feel the weight of the pan as positive, since it rests well on the stove and not slip so easily (eg for stirring).
The acetabular rim is high, it fits a lot of pure, making it ideal for großportionierte dishes in the many ingredients belong there (pasta, rice meat dishes, vegetable pans etc.)
The roast potatoes crispy succeed properly, as well as breaded fish (if you previously abmacht the head, otherwise it will not fit in), ham noodles etc ...
The pan is easy to clean.
And now to the defects:
If not specially'd advertised it, there would be no defects, because this pan makes everything is a good pan can. But eventually are supposed to represent the advertised features of the special, so I'm now a fact:
This pan is not a substitute for a wok! A genuine wok you can of course use only on a flame, yet it does not change the fact that it is much too steeply sloped and flachbodig for a wok.
The extra-hard titanium coating is, if you read it closely in the description, only 2x more durable than the Tefal Intensium non-stick coating (whatever one might imagine this). This does not mean that it is in fact likely to scratch and metal cutlery, as advertised. Since this is a test product, I have to try daring and scraped with a fork on the surface. Conclusion: scratches!
The function of red thermal spots in the center has not been revealed to me. The fat has bubbled and was but was on maximum temperature, the red spot still in full size and color visible (I thought he disappears when temperature reached) ???
And last but not least the ovens to 175 degrees Fitness: Unless you're baking a cheesecake is or wants to put fried to keep warm in the oven, a heat stability of 175 degrees is not sufficient (at least in my kitchen). Unfortunately, I can not do anything because I normally starting from 180 degrees use the oven up with this property.

The pan is therefore a wonderful Kochutensilie that can do everything that a pan can has, more but also not.
I see the advantage of other pans as opposed to only in the suitability for induction cookers, in the height of the rim and the good resting weight.
