A book recommended by my shrink as part of behavioral therapy in the face of generalized anxiety disorder. A "plus" very useful to better understand and go further but also save time in therapy. However, I think it is not enough to alone work on oneself. Something that the authors also point out good. The style is bright, with examples and spring having understood the mental mechanisms at work in the TAG. It helps a lot to feel less isolated, and understand oneself.
