When you first unpack I was struck by the same operation / assembly instructions. She was in German (!) And easy to understand. I also liked the sort of smaller attachments: The screws were sorted packed in individual, labeled bags.
For mounting on the ceiling are also two screws and two dowels at (but which are only suitable for wood and stone ceilings).
There are also screws at about placing the projector on the bracket. However, only M4 and M6. My projector needed M5 course, but they were soon concerned at the hardware store.

Conclusion:
Pros: Easy to install / easy to understand, German Instructions / very stable / valent impression
Cons: Only two holes for ceiling mounting (for heavy projectors could become a problem)
