Applied correctly, it has a very good effect. I realize both a sleep-inducing (when taken from 20:00) effect, and an antidepressant effect (morning or afternoon).

The emphasis here is on but applied properly. I always take it on an empty stomach. Otherwise, you can save the product the same. At best of all, it works in combination with endurance sports.
