At the Streba VG 350 I can only say that the time I have invested in research, has really paid off. The grill has (so far) failed me in any way. We grill mainly steaks, vegetables in foil bags packed etc. The pattern that is getting "turned grilling" the steaks a feast for the eyes. The vegetables are well cooked and tasted fine.
4 stars I have given so as grilled sausages, or anything that is in the form of sausage, just takes longer. As you notice the difference with the charcoal grill enormously (which I, however, did not lack, since it is mostly Steaks grill encouraging land). But for all those who buy the grill to grill their grill / sausage, I can not recommend the grill. It's just too long. Since kanns ever be that a grilled sausage from the butcher about 12- 16 minutes needs to be well - too long for me!
Handling:
The grill can be built very easily. You only need a Phillips screwdriver to 4 screws to fasten. Otherwise is the done in 5 minutes. The stand makes a very strong impression, so you must not be afraid that it falls at every slightest movement.
The grill itself, ie the "oval ball thing" is removable and protected from slipping in front of only 2 Low Resistance / surveys. In my opinion, very good!

Buy it you if you want a serious grilling, but Isser only for sausage too expensive =)
