positive:
- Mouse looks in my opinion very good
- Ergonomic design, the mouse can be used, many hours at a time (Apple's Magic Mouse is too flat, because I get after a while pain in the hand)
- The optical sensor is working properly on different surfaces, even without a mouse pad
- Manually switched off
- To be able to attach the included USB extension cable to the nano receiver above the desk (a self-adhesive Velcro strip is supplied)
- The touch features are very helpful and I use them very intensively for a short period of
- The registration time on the receiver is not to notice. You put the manual regulator on and if you put the mouse on the table already shoots the cursor off.
- High quality
- Nano receiver can be plugged into the mouse and can not get lost.
negative
- Sometimes the right-click does not work (especially after long periods of disuse), then you have to click once on the left and then it goes again. I suppose that the mouse then recalibrated where on the touch surface should be left and right. That bothers a little bit, but manifests itself only after the awakening of the system from standby.
- Receipt of the Nano receiver is disturbed when he is plugged in a PC under the desk. The USB extension cable (see above) provides a remedy here. Without the cable but would have to send back the mouse, because the reception is poor hooked the cursor and clicking does not work properly.
- No further gestures set, but maybe that is yet to come when there is a driver update
- No third mouse button (I once used a CAD application, because I need to connect my old mouse)
Conclusion
I can recommend without reservation the mouse. The absence of the third mouse button was clear to me before buying and I can live with. CAD programs can also operate with a space mouse. The right-click the Do not go, is annoying and hopefully resolved with a driver update. But this small damper can not tarnish my opinion on the use of Windows very useful multi-touch functions. I hope that there is still new ones coming soon.
