Review based on previously expressed criticism to this TV

I have ordered this TV a few weeks ago and since then in operation. Now I want to write a review, based on the criticisms which buzz in the Amazon reviews around and in other product testing.

Shortly to my layout so that it is comparable to other possibly: I have the 40 inch version bought, to this WLAN Stick Samsung WIS12ABGNX / XEC WiFi Dongle for TV and this hard drive Western Digital WDBACY5000ABL My Passport Essential 500GB External Hard Drive ( 6.4 cm (2.5 inches) USB 3.0) blue. The TV is connected via Wi-Fi to the Internet and as the source for the television is a coaxial cable connected from the satellite dish.

First operation: TV was hung on the wall, Wi-Fi Stick pure, satellite cable pure, pure power and turned on. Now to the criticisms that I have read before buying and I want to address below:

- "No signal when satellite reception": I can not understand, because it has absolutely worked without problems with me. I have limited the search run on TV channels and free to air. The run took less than 10 minutes and it was all there - or a station is no longer there, but then I miss him still, even after 2 months. Free-to-air HD channels are also (subjectively) HD and SD channels are also top (but with the excellent image quality has been written in the reviews already enough). Many, if I can believe the number of negative reviews, had problems with the built-in receiver. I do not know if these people have possibly caught a bad model or other "incompatibilities" might exist with the satellite system. I would first of all draw and see if another device has similar problems, a replacement of the device into consideration.

- "Assignment of stations Change": anticipation, this issue has been so often mentioned that I almost feared. But since I was a much better informed. After the first run, the transmitter stations were already well placed. I have the channel assignments of the first month is not changed because it was quite ok. - "Complicated remote control with the signal problems send": This I can confirm only a small part. As for the transmission power, I can not confirm the criticism. On the whole, everything works great, unless you want to look around in the YouTube app something. - "W-Lan from tears" / "W-Lan is lost after power is gone": I can not understand. In the 2 months my W-Lan is torn not once, even I did not have to enter the Wi-Fi code again. I turn on the TV only via remote control, so take it not completely from the power - but the standby power consumption is low enough. - "(No) display information about the program when changing channels": I know it from other receivers so that when changing channels a brief information is displayed for the currently running program. This is not the case with this TV! As far as I agree with the criticism. But I want to point out two details which the "problem" a little perspective: There is an excellent TV Guide, where suddenly 6-7 stations (currently I do not know exactly) and what's going on there appear. - "Problems Media Player / in the formats": I can not understand as well. All I wanted to play so far went well! Incl. various audio tracks and subtitles, this I could change via remote control during playback. Various * were .mkv- and * .avi files. Certainly I think if I look long enough, a file that is not playable (* .vob example). But then what is the comparison? A PC on which to numerous distress codec and player be submitted? The hard drive has been increasingly recognized, and I did not have to reformat a second time. Is deleted because 500GB is quite fast at full HD movies.
Many criticisms pointed to problems occurring later. Should this be the case with me, so I submit to the course.
Note: What was included on the hard drive can not be drawn on the PC over. This may disturb some, not now. But this is certainly subjective and I would understand if some would deduct a star for it.
