AEG kettle PremiumLine EWA 7500 (6 temperature levels, LED display, 1.7 L, color backlit water level indicator, keep warm function, 2400 Watt) stainless steel (houseware)
After our Philips after only 1.5 years boil kettle 4685 steadfastly refused water, spare ago would have. Selection criteria were good Amazon recessions and the ability to heat water after boiling to 40 or 50 degrees in order to touch baby porridge can. The choice fell on the AEG waterholes, because I did not wanted to get involved again quality to the Philips :) After unpacking filled me only once a positive first impression. The device looks chic and high quality. The water boils afloat on (something like the beginning at Philips) and bubbling really nice. The degree accurate display is nice to watch, but probably stands more colorful level indicator eye. Here changes depending on temperature, a LED light from green to intermediate colors to red. Cute Spielerei..nicht necessary but nice. The opening pour the water is large enough to fill water, but too small for a thorough cleaning of the interior without bottle brush. The level indicator is relatively large in size, still during filling amazingly difficult to read because it is placed just below the grip. The handle itself is great in the hand and pour out the water works just fine! Accurate pouring is possible so far I could watch no undesirable drops or the like. The biggest shortcoming on AEG kettle: the thing is hot (except the handle) correct. I had actually expected a mid-range device has an insulated surface .. This is probably also the reason for the relatively rapid cooling but the water in the kettle. Conclusion: The cooker gets me 4 stars. It looks classy, is well made (as far as I can tell), cooks well and is very good on the hand when pouring and has exactly the features I had expected. A star deduction is available for the little small sized feed opening, the somewhat poorly placed level indicator and especially for far too hot surface during boiling. So far, I did not regret buying though, but I give up hope yet to find a 5 star machine after the next fault :)
