Having bought a Toshiba Z30-A there are more than 6 months following the return I can make: the product is finished and complete connectivity (RJ45, VGA, 3USB ...). The keyboard is quite nice, and the format keys (slightly rectangular) does not require a long time to adapt. It is therefore a good choice for a portable "professional" or for office use. Only one would like a more compact adapter with a socket "flat". Where it goes bad, in my exeperience is on the Toshiba Service. I said that Toshiba is ensuring the customer service not Materiel.net (that's a shame also because the service is still in the Top Mat.net). After a telephone diagnosis and reconditioning of origin, the problem is still there. I decided to run the hotline guarantee "exchange nine" (I had anyway already been forced to reset the configuration) ... And here we come across another company (sespartenaires.com, which therefore is not Toshiba) who is unable to replace your product; and seeking by all means to shirk its obligations. I was and said we could not replace the product, as there were more than equivalent product from Toshiba (the range is extended so little?) ... When I asked, as foreseen in records information, which is repairing the product; I have been denied. It was necessary that I address an email to Toshiba to assert my rights. Meanwhile, it's been over a month since I do not have a computer, while the website of Toshiba announces "I get a new Portable PCs in four days." Broken promise!
