This review applies only to the installation process from Adobe PSE12 !!!

Other negative reviews about the installation process have to order me not held Adobe PSE12 as far PSE7 ran without problems for me.
When installing then an error has been detected and the recommendation by that setup to run again. After clicking on the OK button let me know the PSE12 routine that the program is again re-installed. After down-, back-up and insert the installation DVD, the installation routine informed me about the PSE12 can not be deleted because in the appropriate directory is not deleted. The Anwendng a registry cleaner program was not successful. It was only when I manually deleted the corresponding PSE12 entries in the registry, the PSE12 installation routine was willing that program to reinstall. Here, however, the same error is detected again. The review of the Adobe installation log files did not indicate a problem. The three-time contact with the Adobe Hotline brought no success. The recipes that have been sent to me from the hotline via e-mail, even provide some Windows crashes during startup. The computer could be made to work only by the replay of the last restore point again. After the third conversation I had had enough. I have my data backed up and reset the computer to its factory settings. After renewed my antivirus program, firewall and the Windows Updates play, I then reinstalled PSE12. ... And this time it worked without problems.
I have already installed a lot in my life and sometimes a call to the hotline was also necessary, but after that the program ran. Something like now with Adobe PSE12 I've never experienced. This is an indictment of the company Adobe.

I recommend, alternatively sometimes display the products of Franzis.
I'm using for example also "COLOR projects professional" of Franzis. This is easy to install, offers plenty of presets which are still individually feinabstimmbar, there are the software free webinars offered and support assistance in questions is quick, knowledgeable and friendly.
