After a six-pack is to summer here, I've recently started a diet and slimmed down with a height of 183cm from 76kg to 70kg. The first successes are therefore already and if the rest of bacon belly and hips disappears I will achieve my goal without any problems with the Beurer EM35.

Tip:
The belts in different positions use (under the navel / belly button over / under costal arch) - one can thus lower - train upper abdominal muscles and lateral abdominal muscles targeted - average.
Conclusion:
Please enter no illusions, because with a thick layer of fat on the abdomen is you never see your abs well - it can only work with a complete change of diet accompanied by a drastic reduction of body fat!
However, I can not imagine that there are people with back problems who want to strengthen their abdominal and back muscles (see back trainer Beurer EM38) to relieve its spine, too.
The abdominal muscles are very well trained and strengthened by the device in any case.
